Artwod Challenge – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 16 and older.
- Must have a valid TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account.
- Void where prohibited by law.
2. Challenge Window
All goals must be completed within the official challenge dates stated at registration.
3. Participation Rules
- Videos must be original, publicly viewable, and feature your own drawing process or results created using the Artwod app.
- Content must follow Artwod’s content guidelines (no NSFW, hate speech, offensive material, or AI-generated art presented as hand-drawn).
- Participants must submit video links via the official submission form for tracking and approval.
- View counts will be verified by Artwod; manipulation (e.g., buying views, fake accounts) will result in disqualification.
4. Prizes
A. Top 3 Most-Viewed Reels
- Awarded to the three reels that achieve the highest verified view counts within the challenge window.
- Each winner receives:
- MovInk Pad 11” (Android) tablet (purchased by Artwod)
- 2-hour group coaching call with Antonio (founder of Artwod)
- 1 year of Artwod Premium access
B. Lottery Draw (Participation Rewards)
- Every approved video submission counts as one entry into the lottery.
- The more videos you create, the higher your chances of being drawn.
- The first two names pulled will receive:
- MovInk Pad 11” (Android) tablet (sponsored by Wacom)
- 1 year of Artwod Premium access
5. Reward Delivery
- All prizes will be distributed within 30 days after the challenge end date, pending verification of the validity of all submissions.
- Verification includes ensuring content was posted within the challenge window, view counts are legitimate, and videos remain public and compliant with rules at the time of review.
- Important: Artwod is not responsible for any customs fees applied during shipping or for prizes being held at customs for clearance.
6. Limitations & Conditions
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A participant may only win one prize in the challenge (the highest-value reward will be applied).
- Artwod reserves the right to reject content that does not meet guidelines or quality standards.
7. Rights & Permissions
By participating, you grant Artwod a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, feature, or share your submitted content (with credit) on its platforms for promotional purposes.
8. Liability
- Artwod is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or content removals by social media platforms.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with each platform’s terms of service.
By joining the Artwod Challenge, you agree to these terms and confirm all submitted content is your own work.
